Beth is a self-taught baker who has been refining her craft for 30 years. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to using only the finest ingredients, she creates desserts that are rich in flavor without being overly sweet. Beth’s passion lies in crafting fruit-forward summer desserts that allow the natural flavors of the fruit to shine, striking the perfect balance of sweetness and freshness.

Drawing inspiration from some of the world’s most renowned bakers—Pierre Hermé, Claudia Fleming, Nancy Silverton, and Susan Spungen—Beth has developed her own unique style, blending classic techniques with modern influences. Having lived in Hinsdale since 2013, with previous residences in Bronxville, New York, and New York City, Beth brings a refined sensibility to her baking, shaped by her experiences in these vibrant culinary communities.
